Monthly video idea bank from your Trends tab and comments

Once a month, paste what YouTube's Trends tab and your comments show; your bot sorts it into an idea bank with honest working titles.

What it does

YouTube Studio's Trends tab (Analytics > Trends; some older guides call it the Research tab) shows the top searches from your audience over the last 28 days, breakout videos from channels similar to yours, and "content gaps": searches where viewers can't find enough good results because there's no exact match or the videos are old or low quality. YouTube says some of these insights are limited to certain countries, languages and devices. Your own comments are the other gold mine: the questions people keep asking. Once a month, your bot asks you to paste the top searches, any content gaps and a handful of recurring comment questions (no usernames needed). It sorts them into an idea bank: quick answers that fit a Short, full videos, series ideas, and "skip, not my channel." Gaming channels can flag a patch, season or release to plan around; tech channels can flag the product questions buyers keep asking. Each keeper gets an honest working title and a one-line hook in your own words. It never uploads, never copies another creator's video, and never promises views. YouTube is gradually retiring the separate Inspiration tab (starting August 2026) and points creators to Ask Studio for brainstorming, so this works alongside whatever Studio shows you.

Copy-paste prompt

Be my monthly video idea bank, using YouTube Help's "Explore trends on YouTube" (the Trends tab in YouTube Analytics) as background.

My channel: [what it's about]. Type: [new channel / gaming / tech reviews / tutorials / family / other]. I upload: [e.g. 1 long video + 2 Shorts a week].

1. On the [1st] of each month, remind me: "Idea bank time. Paste your Trends tab top searches, any content gaps, and 5-10 comment questions people keep asking." (I paste text only and leave out usernames.)
2. Sort everything into:
   - Quick answers that fit a Short
   - Full videos (a question that needs a real walkthrough, review or story)
   - Series ideas (three or more related questions)
   - Skip (off-topic for my channel, or something I can't honestly cover)
3. For each keeper, give: a working title that matches what the video will actually show (important words first, no clickbait), a one-line hook in my own words, and what I'd need (footage, a product I already own, a game update, a how-to demo).
4. Label each idea "content gap" or "my viewers' search" or "comment question" so I can see where it came from.
5. Gaming: ask if a patch, season or release date is coming so I can plan around it. Tech: ask which products I actually have on hand, and never suggest reviewing something I haven't used.
6. Keep a running list. Next month, show what I already made, what's still waiting, and which ideas have gone stale.

Rules: never upload or post for me, never copy another creator's video, title or thumbnail, never promise views, and remind me that Trends data can be limited in some countries and languages.
