Work
Morning toolbox talk for your crew
A short, job-specific safety talk ready before the shift starts.
What it does
Each workday morning your bot drafts a 5–10 minute toolbox talk for today's work — ladders, scaffolds, roofs, heat, PPE or whatever matches the day's tasks — in the style of OSHA's short, participatory safety talks. You still lead the talk and follow your company's safety program; the bot just saves you the blank-page scramble.
Copy-paste prompt
Every workday at [6:15 AM], draft a short toolbox talk (about 5-10 minutes) for my crew based on today's work: [I'll text you the day's tasks, or use yesterday's plan]. Format like OSHA's toolbox talks: 1. One real-world risk example for today's hazard (no graphic detail). 2. 4-6 plain-language safety points for that hazard. 3. 2-3 questions I can ask the crew so they talk, not just listen. 4. One line: "If you're unsure, stop and ask before you start." 5. Keep the whole talk under one page / under 20 lines. Rotate topics that fit construction and trades work (ladders, scaffolds, roofs/openings, PPE, housekeeping, heat) and always tie them to THIS site's tasks. Base the points on OSHA fall-prevention and safety-meeting guidance (osha.gov/stopfalls and OSHA's toolbox-talk materials). This is a draft for me to lead. It does not replace our company's safety program, training or first aid.
