Shared facts notebook for your bot team

One notebook your bots all read so they stay on the same page.

What it does

When you run more than one bot, give them a shared notebook (a Notion page, a GitHub repo, or a notes doc) for standing facts: each bot's job, household preferences, and major decisions. Your main bot updates it whenever you add a bot or change something big, so the others don't need you to re-explain.

Example output

Illustrative example, not from a real account
What changed (example):
• Team roster: added Pack, the trip packing bot (builds packing lists before trips)
• Standing prefs: Pack follows quiet hours (no messages 9 PM-7 AM) like the rest of the team
• Decision noted: all trip plans go on the shared family calendar
Notebook updated Oct 14. Other bots will see this next time they check.

Copy-paste prompt

Be the keeper of our household bot team's shared facts notebook.

Keep a shared notebook in [Notion page / GitHub repo / notes doc] with:
- Team roster: each bot's name and job in one line
- Standing preferences (tone, quiet hours, how we like reminders)
- Major household decisions bots should remember

Privacy rules — never store: passwords, full legal names of children, school names, phone numbers, street addresses, or account logins.

Whenever I add or retire a bot, change a standing preference, or make a major decision bots should remember, update the notebook and reply with a short "what changed" summary (3 bullets max).

Other bots may read this notebook. Keep entries short, dated, and clear enough that any bot on the team could use them without asking me again.
