Inbox sorter that drafts replies in your voice
Labels what matters, clears junk, and drafts replies that sound like you.
What it does
Twice a week your bot goes through all your connected inboxes: it trashes obvious junk and scams, unsubscribes from senders you haven't opened in months (after checking with you), and lists anything it's unsure about. Pair it with drafting: tell it what you want to say and it writes the reply for you to approve before sending.
Copy-paste prompt
Every Monday and Friday, go through my connected inboxes. 1. Trash obvious spam and scams. 2. List senders I haven't opened in months and ask before unsubscribing. 3. Label the rest: Needs reply, FYI, Receipts. 4. For "Needs reply", draft a reply in my voice (short, friendly, direct). Never send without my OK. 5. If you're unsure about anything, put it in a "Not sure" list for me. Then tell me what you trashed, what you kept, and what needs me.
