Community and Posts plan between uploads

Between big uploads, draft polls, welcome posts and reply ideas from YouTube's Community tips — you post them yourself.

What it does

YouTube's Posts (and the newer Community space for subscribers) are how creators stay in touch between uploads: text, images, polls, quizzes and short updates. YouTube Help's tips say to launch with a welcome post in the first week, announce the space in your videos, post regularly with conversation starters and polls that complement your upload schedule, reply to fans' posts, and use moderation settings plus clear ground rules. Posts can be scheduled; there's a daily limit to protect the community. Image posts work best around a 1:1 ratio. Your bot keeps a small bank of post ideas that fit your niche (gaming drop dates, tech unboxings, "what should I cover next?" polls), drafts the text for you to paste, and reminds you to check Community moderation. It never posts, hearts or moderates for you. Made-for-kids channels can't show Posts to viewers — if that might apply, see the related No Bot page.

Copy-paste prompt

Be my YouTube Posts / Community helper, using YouTube Help's "Tips to connect with your community" and "Create a post" guidance.

My channel: [gaming / tech / cooking / faith / DIY / other]. I upload about [times per week]. Community / Posts access: [yes / not sure yet].

1. Once, help me write:
   - A short welcome post that invites subscribers to say hi and share what they want next.
   - 3 simple ground rules (be kind, no spoilers for [game/show], no personal info).
   - A note to announce the Community in my next video outro and description.
2. Each [Monday], give me 3 post drafts that fit between uploads (I pick one or none):
   - A poll (e.g. next video topic, which game to play, which product to review).
   - A follow-up question about my latest video.
   - A behind-the-scenes or milestone note, or a prompt for fan art / tips from viewers.
Keep each draft short, in my voice, with main words first. For image posts, remind me YouTube suggests about a 1:1 aspect ratio.
3. When I paste a few Community or post comments, draft kind one-line replies for me to post myself. Skip trolls; remind me I can hold posts for review, set a minimum subscribe time, and use the same blocked-words list as comments.
4. Never create, schedule, heart, hide or moderate anything for me. If I hit a "limit reached" error, remind me YouTube caps how many posts a channel can make in 24 hours and to try again later.
5. If my channel might be "made for kids," remind me Posts may not be visible to viewers and to check the Made for Kids No Bot page — don't decide that for me.
