Sunday week-ahead brief

One message every Sunday with what's coming this week.

What it does

Every Sunday your bot looks at your calendar, school emails and to-dos and sends one tidy message about the week ahead, so nothing sneaks up on you Monday morning.

The real result

Copy-paste prompt

Every Sunday at 5 PM, send me a "Week Ahead" brief:

1. Each day Mon-Sun: appointments and events from my calendar.
2. Deadlines and things to bring or buy (from my email and to-dos).
3. Any conflicts or tight spots (overlapping events, back-to-back drives).
4. One suggestion to make the week easier.

Keep it to one screen.
