Weekly home-server health checkup
A Monday report on your always-on bot computer.
What it does
If your bot runs on an always-on home computer, have it check on that machine every week: is the bot app and watchdog running, how full is the disk, are updates waiting, did any scheduled jobs (like a morning print) fail? You get one short report and a heads-up before small problems become outages.
The real result
Example output (illustrative, not from a real account)
Needs attention (example) • Grok Bot app: running · watchdog restarted it once (Thu 2:14 AM) • Disk: 41 GB free of 120 GB · uptime 9 days • 3 system updates waiting (list attached). Want me to install them Sunday night? • Scheduled jobs: 6 of 7 morning prints succeeded; Wed failed (printer offline), PDF was sent to chat instead.
Copy-paste prompt
Every Monday at 8 AM, check the always-on computer you run on and send me a short health report: 1. Is the Grok Bot app running, and did the watchdog restart it this week? How many times? 2. Disk space used/free, memory, and uptime. 3. Any system updates waiting (list them; don't install without my OK). 4. Did every scheduled job succeed this week (e.g. the morning print)? List any failures with the reason. 5. Printer status, if one is connected. Lead with "All good" or "Needs attention", then the details.
