Monthly product recall check
Checks your household products against new CPSC recalls.
What it does
Keep a simple list of the products in your home (cribs, heaters, power banks, appliances). Once a month your bot checks the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall list and tells you if anything you own shows up.
The real result
Example output (illustrative, not from a real account)
Recall check (example): 1 match. • Your rechargeable hand warmers (brand on your list) match an Oct 1 CPSC recall for fire and burn hazard. Remedy: stop using them; the company offers a refund. Don't throw lithium-ion batteries in the trash; check your local household hazardous waste center. Everything else on your list: no recalls this month.
Copy-paste prompt
Keep a list of household products I own (brand + model). When I say "add [product]", add it. On the first Saturday of each month: 1. Check the latest recalls on CPSC.gov (cpsc.gov/Recalls). 2. Tell me if any product on my list matches, or closely matches, a recall, with the hazard and the official remedy (refund, repair, replace). 3. If nothing matches, just say "No recalls for your list this month." Never contact a company for me without my OK.
